Distilled in 2004 on the windswept Orkney Islands, this St Ola matured for 21 years to deliver a uniquely rich and complex character. Exclusively matured in a first-fill Pedro Ximenez hogshead (cask #1037), the whisky gains deep notes of dark fruit – raisins and figs – alongside warming spice. Bottled in 2025 at a robust 62% ABV, it offers a powerful yet elegant taste experience, representing a limited release of just 316 bottles. Expect a full-bodied dram with a lingering sweetness and a distinctly Orcadian influence.
