Yoichi – 10 Year Old (70cl, 45.00%)

Yoichi – 10 Year Old is a single malt whisky from Yoichi (Japan). Aged 10 years, bottled at 45.00% ABV, 70cl. A former constituent of the Yoichi core range, this 10-year-old was discontinued along with every other age statement in 2015 after Nikka were hit by stock shortages due to the unforeseen popularity of their products. This expression was later reintroduced in 2022. The flagship malt whisky distilling of the Nikka Distilling Co, established in 1934 by Masataka Taketsuru. Despite limited availability due to stock shortages in the 21st century, its single malt is highly regarded and it also provides important fillings for Nikka blends such as Taketsuru.
