Ardbeg – Heavy Vapours (70cl, 50.2%)

Ardbeg – Heavy Vapours is a single malt whisky from Ardbeg (Islay). Bottled at 50.2% ABV, 70cl. Titled Heavy Vapours, this Ardbeg Committee bottling was produced without using a purifier in the distillation process and the result is a much more robust flavour profile. A distillery located on the south coast of the Isle of Islay. It is currently part of the Scotch whisky holdings of LVMH. Despite being closed twice in the latter 20th century, the distillery's heavily-peated single malt has always been highly-regarded.
