Blair Athol – Flora & Fauna 12 Year Old is a single malt whisky from Blair Athol (Highland). Aged 12 years, bottled at 43.00% ABV, 70cl. Introduced in 1991, the Blair Athol 12-year-old from the Flora & Fauna collection remains the distillery's only permanent single malt offering to this day. The distillery is unusual in that it is the only remaining Flora & Fauna distillery to have a visitor experience and as such, the Flora & Fauna branding is promoted as the distillery's official single malt brand. This means that also unlike the others, line extensions such as Distillery Exclusive bottlings and other limited editions are produced with this label style. A historic Highland malt distillery that makes up part of the extensive Scotch whisky holdings of Diageo. One of the oldest in Scotland, it dates back to the late 18th century and its modern history is hallmarked by its association to the Arthur Bell & Sons blends.
