Blanton's Single Barrel Bourbon - 'Red Takara' is a bourbon whiskey from Buffalo Trace (Kentucky, USA). Bottled at 46.50% ABV, 75cl. Matured in new American oak cask. Affectionately known as the "Red Takara," this is the Japan-only version of the classic Blanton's single barrel and features a slightly more premium presentation. A historic Kentucky distillery and the oldest still operating in the state. It is the flagship production facility of the Sazerac Company and in addition to its eponymous straight bourbon, also produces a host of brands such as Pappy Van Winkle, Col. E.H. Taylor, Eagle Rare, Weller and Sazerac Rye.
