Daftmill – 2008 Single Cask #25 For Master Of Malt is a whisky from Daftmill (Lowland). Bottled at 56.6% ABV, 70cl. Daftmill Farmhouse was granted a license in 2003 allowing its first distillation to take place in December 2005. As an independent distiller, owner Francis Cuthbert’s main aim was to produce a light Lowland whisky, but - as the site is still an active farm - the distillery has a silent season in spring and autumn whilst work happens in the fields.
