Edradour – 2011 Hiroyuki Matsuura is a single malt whisky from Edradour (Highland). Bottled at 57.20% ABV, 70cl. Matured in first-fill sherry butt.
A small (once Scotland's smallest) distillery in Perthshire that began production in 1837. It is today owned by the independent bottler-turned-distiller, Signatory Vintage, who have placed a renewed focus on its single malt brands, introducing the heavily peated Ballechin in 2006.
