This was drawn from a vatting of 95 barrels filled in Spring 1990.
This was the third of three releases of George T. Stagg in 2005, following two Spring releases.
A historic Kentucky distillery and the oldest still operating in the state. It is the flagship production facility of the Sazerac Company and in addition to its eponymous straight bourbon, also produces a host of brands such as Pappy Van Winkle, Col. E.H. Taylor, Eagle Rare, Weller and Sazerac Rye.
