Glen Scotia distillery was founded in 1832 in Campbeltown, on the Kintyre peninsula on the west coast of Scotland. One of only three remaining distilleries in what was once one of Scotland's most prolific whisky-producing regions, Glen Scotia has been producing Campbeltown Single Malt Scotch Whisky in the traditional manner throughout its long history.
This Limited Edition bottling was distilled in June 2015 and bottled in August 2021, exclusively for The W Club. Matured in Exclusive Cask No. 21/77-2, a 1st Fill Ruby Port Hogshead, it is bottled at natural colour, non-chill filtered, and cask strength at 55.8% vol. The outturn was 313 bottles. This is a Private Single Cask Bottling.
