Glendronach – Parliament 21 Year Old is a single malt whisky from Glendronach (Highland). Aged 21 years, bottled at 48.00% ABV, 70cl. Matured in oloroso & PX sherry casks.
Launched in 2011, Parliament was the 21-year-old core range expression and was named for the community of rooks that have nested in the trees above the distillery for hundreds of years. It was matured using a combination of oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks.
A malt distillery located in Forgue by Huntly in the eastern Highland region. As of 2016 it is American-owned by the Brown-Foreman Corporation through its Benriach Distillery Company subsidiary. Famed for its preference for sherry cask-ageing, it has long been an established single malt brand.
