This exceptional single malt is crafted without peat, allowing the pure spirit and rich sherry oak influence to shine through. Glengoyne meticulously selects Spanish oak, air-drying the wood for two years before using it to mature Oloroso sherry, imparting deep fruit and spice notes to the whisky.
