Highland Park distillery was established in 1798 in Kirkwall on the Orkney Islands, making it one of the northernmost Scotch whisky distilleries in the world. The distillery is owned by the Edrington Group and is renowned for its use of locally cut Orcadian peat in the malting process, which imparts a distinctive character to its spirit. This is the distillery's 18 Year Old expression, bottled at 43% ABV and presented in the classic dark label livery featuring the Ring of Brodgar standing stones.
