Distilled at Highland Park in 1990 and matured in Oloroso sherry seasoned cask as well as bourbon cask this 19-year-old whisky is a very rare collectible. This private bottling takes its name from the 12th century carving by Norse Crusaders. The 3rd bottle of “The Dragon” series can be considered as a perfect balance between the 9001 and 9002 bottlings. It is fresh and rich, combining honeycomb notes with vanilla ice cream and baking spices as well as smoke and fruit hints.
