Inchmoan peated single malt 12 year old is an expression from The Loch Lomond Distillery. The whisky was distilled in April 2007, matured in a single refill hogshead cask (#96) until July 2019 and bottled to celebrate the Whisky Exchange 20 th anniversary. The sweet aromas of salted caramel and toffee and vanilla shortbread are tied with medicinal peat smoke and salty sea spray on the nose. The palate offers notes of lemon, pepper, liquorice, dark berries and dark chocolate, all complimenting the rich earthy peat.
