Isle of Raasay Distillery sits on the small Hebridean island of Raasay, off the east coast of Skye. Established in 2017 and operated by R&B Distillers, it draws on mineral-rich water filtered through Jurassic sandstone and volcanic rock, and uses 100% Scottish malted barley. The whisky is distilled, matured and bottled on the island. This bottling is part of the Isle of Raasay Limited Release series, which explores unexpected cask maturations and variations in spirit style. Finished in Marsala casks, it is bottled at 50.7% ABV, at natural colour and non-chill filtered, in a 70cl format.
