Mars Komagatake 1986 30 Year Old Sherry Cask is a whisky. Aged 30 years, bottled at 48% ABV, 70cl.
In 1985, Hombo Breweries opened the Mars Shinshu distillery in Miyata village at the foot of the Komagatake Alps in Japan’s Nagano prefecture. This 30-year-old single malt is one of a series of 3 releases with the artwork done by Japanese painter, Kozo Ikenaga. It is currently one of the oldest whiskies ever produced by the distillery and is limited to only 619 bottles.
