Springbank – 2010 Local Barley 13 Year Old is a single malt whisky from Springbank (Campbeltown). Aged 13 years, bottled at 54.10% ABV, 70cl. Matured in bourbon & sherry casks. This 2023 release of Springbank Local Barley was distilled using Belgravia barley from Glencraigs Farm in 2010 and aged in 60% bourbon and 40% sherry casks. A revered single malt distillery in Campbeltown that has operated since 1828. It is today owned by J&A Mitchell & Co who produce three single malt styles there. These are its flagship two-and-half times distilled Springbank, a heavily-peated malt known as Longrow, and the triple-distilled Hazelburn.
