Willett – 8 Year Old Single Barrel #6475 Bourbon For The Lexington “Blue Horse” is a whisky from Willett. Aged 8 years, bottled at 63.4% ABV, 70cl.
Produced in Bardstown, Kentucky by Kentucky Bourbon Distillers, Ltd. (KBD), which is also known as the Willett Distillery. The distillery was erected in 1936, only three years after prohibition was repealed, and they put their first barrel in the warehouse on St. Patrick’s Day 1937. Recently, the majority of the distillery and warehouse was renovated and a visitor centre was opened.
