Wolfburn – Inaugural Release is a single malt whisky from Wolfburn (Highland). Aged 3 years, bottled at 46.00% ABV, 70cl. Matured in bourbon & sherry casks.
Bottled in 2016, this was the first single malt release from Wolfburn. Of the 875 bottles produced, 100 of these were reserved for the UK market.
A Malt whisky distillery in the northerly reaches of Scotland's Highland region. It was established in 2013 and was constructed upon the same site that the original Wolfburn distillery had stood in the early 19th century. The name is derived from the nearby water source.
