Yamazaki – 12 Year Old is a single malt whisky from Yamazaki (Japan). Aged 12 years, bottled at 43% ABV, 70cl. This 12 year old Yamazaki is said to be multi-layered in taste and is highly praised by whisky connoisseurs. It first came onto the scene in 1984 and was the first seriously marketed Japanese single malt whisky. Yamazaki is arguably the number 1 single malt whisky in Japan and this would be a great contender for Suntory's flagship single malt.
