Distilled in London in 2016, this inaugural "First Release" represents a bold chapter for the Bimber distillery, which honors its heritage through unique, traditional fermentation in custom-designed wooden washbacks. This exceptional single malt was matured in first-fill Pedro Ximénez casks, resulting in a complex and robust spirit bottled at 54.2% ABV.
