Bimber – Single Cask #257/F Commemorative Release For Dunphail Distillery With Glasses (70cl, 55.7%)

Bimber – Single Cask #257/F Commemorative Release For Dunphail Distillery With Glasses is a whisky from Bimber (London). Bottled at 55.7% ABV, 70cl. Proudly celebrating his family’s roots in moonshine production - and even using the Polish word for moonshine, ‘Bimber’ - Dariusz Plazewski set up his London-based distillery in 2015 with Ewelina Chruszczyk after emigrating from Poland. Bimber is one of only a handful of working distilleries in London and of even fewer in the whisky-making industry. They pride themselves on a natural environment using their own designed wooden washbacks which are left a little dirty so that the bacteria and yeast left behind enhances the next spirit. A Commemorative release, celebrating the opening of Dunphail distillery. This set comes with two branded glasses. Dunphail Distillery Please note minor wear to box
