Daftmill – 2005 Inaugural Release is a single malt whisky from Daftmill (Lowland). Aged 12 years, bottled at 55.8% ABV, 70cl.
A farm distillery owned and run by the Cuthbert family. It is only operational during the farm's quiet periods in mid-summer and mid-winter, sometimes producing as few as 100 casks per year. It has been operational since 2005, releasing its first whisky in 2018.
