Daftmill – 2010 Single Cask is a single malt whisky from Daftmill (Lowland). Bottled at 59.2% ABV, 70cl. Matured in first-fill bourbon barrel.
A farm distillery owned and run by the Cuthbert family. It is only operational during the farm's quiet periods in mid-summer and mid-winter, sometimes producing as few as 100 casks per year. It has been operational since 2005, releasing its first whisky in 2018.
