The English Whisky Co. 2010 Founders Private Cellar (cask 365) is a rare single-cask, cask-strength release from St George’s Distillery, distilled in December 2010 and bottled in March 2016 at 59.7% ABV; matured in bourbon and virgin oak, presented in natural form (uncoloured, non-chill-filtered) with just 285 bottles produced in 200 ml and 700 ml formats for the UK market—rich, full-bodied and ideal with a splash of water to open the oak-led vanilla, honeyed cereal and warming spice.
