This 15-year-old single malt from The English Distillery’s Founders Private Cellar series is a bold and luxurious expression, matured in a single ex-Oloroso sherry butt (cask DM003) since July 2007. Bottled at a commanding 57.6% ABV in July 2022, it showcases the deep, rich character that sherry cask ageing imparts over time. Only 572 bottles were released, unchillfiltered and naturally coloured, making it a standout collector’s release and a true showcase of English craftsmanship.
