Maker's Mark – Star Hill Farm 2025 Release is a bourbon whiskey from Maker's Mark (Kentucky, USA). Bottled at 57.4% ABV, 70cl. This is the inaugural release of Star Hill Farm, the distillery's locally grown expression, using grain grown at the distillery's own farm. This release combines two mashbills; one using 70% soft red winter wheat and 30% malted barley, and the other using 100% malted soft red winter wheat. A well-renowned bourbon distillery and brand, created by Taylor William "Bill" Samuels Snr. Part of the American whiskey holdings of Suntory Global Spirits, the distillery is located in Loretto, Kentucky and the famously dripping wax-dipped bottles have been sold since 1958.
