GlenAllachie – 35 Year Old 1990 - Cask Strength is a single malt whisky from GlenAllachie (Speyside). Aged 35 years, bottled at 50.2% ABV, 70cl. GlenAllachie is a Speyside single malt distillery located near Aberlour, operating under the stewardship of Master Distiller Billy Walker. The distillery is particularly noted for its extensive use of diverse cask types and a hands-on approach to maturation. Distilled in 1990 and matured for 35 years, this Speyside single malt was distilled, matured and bottled in Scotland at cask strength — 50.2% ABV. Master Distiller Billy Walker selected four cask types for this expression: Mizunara virgin oak, American virgin oak, Oloroso Sherry, and Pedro Ximénez Sherry. Presented in a hand-crafted wooden box, the whisky is bottled at natural colour, non-chill filtered, at 700ml.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
