A five year old single malt from the White Oak Akashi range, finished in a white wine cask. It is bottled at 50% ABV in a 50cl bottle.
The nose is softly spicy with a little smoke, alongside tangy grape and citrus. Brown sugar comes through on the palate, with bright, tangy fruit that cuts across the vanilla and oak. The finish holds a lasting hint of lemon and chocolate.
