Alberta Premium is a Canadian whisky in a 375ml bottle, bottled at 40%. It is made with the flavour of prairie rye and aged in barrels, which gives it a golden amber colour.
The nose is aromatic and sweet, with banana, toffee and light spice. The palate is mellow and slightly smoky, medium in weight, with a lively woody edge, and it finishes with a hint of hot cinnamon spice.
