Ardbeg Corryvreckan is an Islay single malt in a 70cl bottle, matured in French oak casks. It is bottled at cask strength, 57.1% abv, without chill-filtration. It won two gold medals at the IWC in 2019.
The colour is gold. The nose is peat smoke and earth, with light citrus and hay. The palate is salty and smoky with a light peppery bite, and the finish is long, peaty and nutty.
