Ardbeg – Corryvreckan (70cl, 57.1%)

Ardbeg Corryvreckan is an Islay single malt named after the famous whirlpool to the north of the island. It is bottled at 57.1% abv and is non-chill-filtered, in a 70cl bottle. It was named World's Best Single Malt in 2010 at the World Whiskies Awards. The aromas are described as swirling, and the taste as deep, peaty and peppery, with a balanced character.
