Ardnahoe Bholsa is an Islay single malt, inspired by the island's Bholsa Caves. It is bottled at 50% ABV, without chill filtration or added colouring. The whisky was matured mainly in Oloroso sherry casks, which bring sherried richness alongside Islay peat smoke. On the nose there are red fruits, walnuts and orange zest. The palate has raisins, dates and ripe plums layered with peat, and the finish is long, bold and peppery.
