The Inaugural Release is a 5 year old Islay single malt from Ardnahoe, bottled at 50% abv in a 70cl bottle. It was matured in bourbon and oloroso sherry casks, and it is natural in colour and not chill-filtered.
On the nose there is shortbread, baked apples and Islay peat smoke. The palate brings custard, ginger, lemon zest and more baked apples, leading into a long, smoky finish.
