Bardstown Bourbon Company – Collaborative Series West Virginia Great Barrel Company Blended Rye

This is a blended rye from the Bardstown Bourbon Company Collaborative Series, made in partnership with the West Virginia Great Barrel Company. Six-year-old Indiana rye was filled into cherry and oak hybrid barrels, charred with infrared technology, and left for 10 weeks. It was then blended with 12-year-old Canadian whiskey. The Collaborative Series pairs the distillery with producers of wine, beer and spirits, whose barrels are filled with its own selected whiskey and aged in its rickhouses.
