This is a cask strength bourbon from Barrell Craft Spirits, a blend of straight bourbon whiskeys matured in select cooperage. It comes in a 750ml bottle from the Gray Label series, at 100.58 proof (50.29%).
The nose offers caramel, vanilla, toasted oak, dark sugar and baking spice. On the palate come toffee, brown sugar, oak, vanilla cream and a concentrated bourbon sweetness. The finish is long and warming, with lingering caramel, spice and oak.
