An Orkney single malt from a single refill sherry hogshead, selected and bottled by Berry Bros. & Rudd. The spirit dates from 2006 and was matured for 19 years.
It is lightly peated, non-chill filtered and natural in colour, bottled at a cask strength of 58% ABV. In the glass it is a bright blonde.
The nose is vanilla marshmallow, buttercream icing, raspberry jam and fresh tobacco, with a touch of delicate smoke. The palate brings sweet lemon sherbet, caramel custard with blanched hazelnut, and creamy spiced oak.
