Bib & Tucker Double Char is a 6 year old bourbon from Columbia, Tennessee. The brand draws its inspiration from the turn of the 20th century, when bourbon was made in small batches.
The colour is a deep, medium amber with copper highlights. The nose offers toasted caramel, dulce de leche, cinnamon and clove, with campfire smoke and roasted corn around them.
On the palate it is robust but rounded, opening with vanilla, sugar maple and caramelised sugar before moving to white pepper, toasted nuts and barbecue seasoning.
