Bib & Tucker Small Batch 6 Years Old is a straight bourbon bottled at 46% (92 proof). It is a sourced whisky, produced in Tennessee using the Lincoln County Process, and the brand dates from 2014.
The mash bill is corn, rye and malted barley, double distilled in pot stills and aged for at least six years in first-fill white American oak barrels with a light, low char.
The nose is sweet, with vanilla, orange zest, caramel and cocoa. On the palate, orange jam and stewed fruit give way to warm oak spice, cinnamon and nutmeg. The finish is long and smooth, ending with a light, dry touch of barrel bitterness.
