Black Velvet is a blended Canadian whisky, sold in a 750ml bottle at 40% vol.
It has a yellow amber colour. The nose brings brown butter and roasted nuts. A brisk entry leads into a dryish body, light to medium in weight, with light caramel, nuts and reeds. The finish is dusty and peppery, fading with some heat.
