Booker's is a Kentucky-style bourbon introduced in 1992 by Booker Noe as Booker's True Barrel Bourbon. It was first made as a holiday gift for his friends, and its reception led him to release it more widely.
It is bottled straight from the barrel, uncut and unaltered, at its natural strength of between 121 and 127 proof. The whiskey is aged for between six and eight years.
