Bowmore – 21 Year Old Aston Martin Masters' Selection No.1 is a single malt whisky from Bowmore (Islay). Aged 21 years, bottled at 51.8% ABV, 70cl. Distilled at the Bowmore distillery on Islay, this release is the first in the Masters' Selection range and is a collaboration between master distiller Ron Welsh and Aston Martin's Chief Creative Officer, Marek Reichman. This expression has been produced using 21 year old Bowmore for just under 62% of the liquid which has been matured in first fill Pedro Ximenez casks and Oloroso sherry casks. The remaining liquid includes whisky whisky which has been aged for more than 35 years. This bottling is to celebrate their unified knowledge & experience, shared passions, values and ideas. It has then been bottled at a strength of 51.8% abv. Comes with its box.
