This is an unpeated Islay single malt from the 1988 vintage, aged 30 years. It has never been re-casked, and spent its whole life in the refill bourbon barrels and squat hogsheads it was first filled into. These were among the last casks from 1988.
It was bottled on Islay at its natural strength of 46.2% abv, non-chill filtered and free of added colouring. The release is limited to 6,000 bottles.
