Bruichladdich 2012 Islay Barley is an unpeated Islay single malt, in a 75cl bottle. It was distilled in 2012 from barley grown on Islay and harvested that same year.
The spirit was matured in American oak ex-bourbon casks. The Islay Barley range names the farms that supplied the grain, so each vintage can be traced from field to bottle, and different harvest years can be compared with one another.
