Octomore 17.3 is a 5 year old edition from Bruichladdich's heavily peated Octomore series, bottled at 60.9%. The barley is Islay Concerto, grown in Irene's Field on Octomore Farm and malted to 132.1 PPM.
It was aged in first-fill bourbon barrels together with second-fill Ribera del Duero, Suertanes, eiswein and syrah wine casks.
