Bruichladdich Re/Define 21 Year Old is a single malt Scotch whisky from Islay, bottled at 50% in a 70cl bottle. Bruichladdich is regarded as one of Scotland's most innovative distilleries.
Its 21 years of maturation took place entirely on the island itself, in a mix of ex-American whiskey casks and sherry casks.
The whisky is made using 100% Scottish barley.
