Bruichladdich – The Classic Laddie Scottish Barley (70cl, 50%)

The Classic Laddie is an unpeated single malt from Bruichladdich, created by master distiller Jim McEwan. It is made entirely from Scottish barley and comes in a 70cl bottle at 50% vol. It is bottled unfiltered and is described as mild and lightly sweet. The nose has fresh cereal, spices, floral notes, vanilla and sweet caramel. The palate is mild for its strength, with sweet honey, roasted nuts, a little pepper and oak. The finish is long and grows sweeter towards the end.
