This is a 26 year old grain whisky from Cameronbridge, Diageo's largest distillery and one of the biggest in Europe. It is the distillery's first appearance in the Special Releases, in a 70cl bottle at 56.2% ABV.
The whisky spent its whole maturation in refill American oak casks, a long and gentle ageing intended to leave it simple and expressive. The aim was to let the sweet, fragrant character of the grain whisky come through.
