Cameronbridge – 11 Year Old 2012 Very Cloudy (Signatory Vintage) (70cl, 40%)

This is an 11-year-old single grain whisky from Cameronbridge, distilled in 2012 and bottled by Signatory Vintage at 40% ABV in a 70cl bottle. Cameronbridge was established in 1824 and is the oldest grain distillery in Scotland. It was aged only in first-fill ex-bourbon casks and belongs to the Very Cloudy range, which is bottled from small batches of two to five casks. It is reduced to strength without chill filtration or added colouring, which leaves a slightly cloudy appearance. The casks are said to give delicate notes of vanilla, spices and coconut.
