This is a 32 year old single grain Scotch whisky from Cameronbridge, distilled in 1992 and bottled in 2025 by Murray McDavid as part of its Mission Gold series. It comes in a 70cl bottle at 47.5% ABV.
After its long maturation the whisky was finished in casks that previously held Uitvlugt rum from Guyana, a rum known for its Demerara character. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colour.
The nose brings vanilla, caramel and tropical fruit, with molasses, honey and fine oak. The palate is soft and creamy, with toffee, dark sweetness, spice and ripe fruit. The finish is long and warm.
